Reflecting on 2020, what a year it’s been!
This year was definitely not like any other. Everyone’s had to go through significant challenges and unforeseeable hurdles. When the pandemic started everything changed, especially in our daily business, careers and personal lives. Working from home became the new norm. Video conferences filled our calendars. In-person meetings were not possible anymore, even with close family members. No doubt, it was, and it is tough for everybody, but we can also learn from it, and that’s why we want to reflect and look introspectively at 2020, to move forward into 2021 positively with new possibilities insight.
In our opinion, these times taught us to focus on the essential things and identify what’s really important in life. A lot of our clients and friends told us the lockdown was exceedingly difficult and took a lot of energy, flipside, it was wonderful to be at home with the family and to spend more time with them than before. From a business perspective, the pandemic showed us ‘digitalisation’ is not just an empty phrase and something we should work on, it is significant and decisive for our present life and communication. Even the youngest of children learned the importance of using Mom’s tablet, it’s not just for Amongst Us, Shark Evolution, Minecraft, or the many other games, it’s new purpose is schoolwork, a new type of play.
MATCHFiT Consults is incredibly happy we could continue our projects and support the transformations in our client’s careers and companies, although we had to do everything from home and via Zoom. We are very thankful our business kept running, and we know that is not the case for some. On that note, we would like to thank all our clients and partners for their continued support and trust in our work during these past months
We wish all of you a Merry Christmas
and hope you’re all able to spend the holidays with your loved ones.
