ICF Coaches for Good

Selected organizations and small businesses benefit from a pro bono coaching

Last week we talked about COVID-19 and its effects on leaders. The impact the pandemic is causing is enormous on all fronts. For coaches, these tumultuous times also bring unprecedented opportunities to serve our communities through pro bono coaching.

As experienced and credentialed ICF coaches, we are extending our support within the community and businesses globally during this difficult time.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) has founded a new initiative in partnership with the SOAR Coaching Community: ICF Coaches for Good.

With ‘Coaches for Good’ businesses and people most affected by COVID-19 get the chance to receive a free 60-minute pro bono coaching. Especially small business owners, human resource professionals, healthcare workers and non-profit organisations will profit from these free sessions.

How does it work?

Partnering with an ICF-credentialed coach can help you navigate personal and professional challenges and begin moving forward.

1. Finding coaches:
Interested entrepreneurs look through the comprehensive choice of experts and find the perfect coach for their industry and their specific needs.

2. Reviewing coaches:
Coach videos, Bios and more help to evaluate.

3. Scheduling a meeting:
After choosing the coach, persons interested just book a virtual meeting within the coach’s calendar and the received pro bono code.

How to get a free coaching session?

If you meet the criteria for a pro bono coaching, complete the application form.

MATCHFiT Consults is happy to support individuals and organisations within this great initiative during the COVID-19 crisis.
